About our texts

When you get one

You get a text from us because you asked a junk removal hauler for a quote and gave them your number. There are only three of them:

• your quote, with a link to see it and pay a deposit
• confirmation once your deposit is in
• the odd reminder if the hauler is waiting on something from you

That is the whole list. No marketing, no offers, no newsletters. If you did not ask a hauler for a quote, you should not be getting anything from us -- reply STOP and tell us.

Stopping them

Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number, immediately and for good. Reply START if you change your mind, and HELP for a message telling you who we are.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, and that is between you and your carrier. Message frequency varies -- for most people it is two or three messages about one job.

For operators

You confirm the customer asked you for a quote before we text them, on the screen where you send it. That is not a formality: send a quote to someone who did not ask and it is your number and our carrier registration that get complained about. The app will not send until you confirm, and it never texts a number that has replied STOP.
